A mixed print dress. The dress fastens with buttons up the front from an elasticated waist. It has a small collar, and a ruffle detail to the yoke. It has long, puffed sleeves with frilled, elasticated cuffs, and a co-ordinating tie belt. The skirt is a tiered construction with contrasting fabrics.
