A statement collar smock dress. The dress is a smock shape, with a gathered, high bust seam. It has a plain sailor collar with a large button trim, and a white overlay with lace trim to half of the collar. It has short, puffed sleeves. It has side pockets, and side waist ties - I suspect this may have originally been designed as a maternity dress, but I think it works either way.
